1. Shipping conditions
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.
1.1 Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship within Belgium with Bpost.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order and delivery address and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Delays caused by the carrier are beyond our responsibility.
1.2 Delivery and delivery
We deliver to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the details are correct.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is not collected from a collection point, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Return conditions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions below.
2.1 Returns Policy
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Hygiene products and opened/sealed items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
2.2 Return procedure

You will receive instructions for the return.
After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
2.3 Warranty and defective products
If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours.
We offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
