1. General

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all treatments, services, purchases, and transactions at Glaze Clinic.

1.2. By making an appointment or making a purchase via our webshop, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Treatments

2. Appointments & Cancellations

2.1. Appointments can only be made via our website.

2.2. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

2.3. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

2.4. If appointments are repeatedly missed, Glaze Clinic reserves the right to refuse further appointments.

3. Payments

3.1. Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Other payment methods are accepted upon request.

3.2. Treatments must be paid for immediately after the session unless otherwise agreed.

3.3. Promotions and discounts are only valid within the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. Customers are required to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the treatment.

4.2. Glaze Clinic is not liable for any damage or complications resulting from incorrect or incomplete information regarding the customer’s health condition.

4.3. Glaze Clinic adheres to the highest hygiene standards to ensure customer safety.

5. Liability

5.1. Glaze Clinic is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or adverse reactions to treatments.

5.2. Treatment results may vary per individual, and no guarantees can be provided.

5.3. Complaints about a treatment must be reported within 48 hours so that we can find a suitable solution together.

Webshop

6. Orders & Payments

6.1. Orders placed via our webshop are only final after payment has been received.

6.2. All prices on the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

6.3. Glaze Clinic reserves the right to change prices and product descriptions at any time.

7. Delivery & Shipping

7.1. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

7.2. Glaze Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

7.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the destination.

8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1. Due to hygiene reasons, care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

8.2. In case of an incorrect or damaged product, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt so that a suitable solution can be provided.

Other Terms

9. Gift Cards & Subscriptions

9.1. Gift cards and treatment packages are valid until the stated expiration date and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9.2. In case of loss or theft of a gift card, Glaze Clinic is not responsible for providing a replacement.

10. Privacy

10.1. Customer data is treated with strict confidentiality and is only used for administrative and marketing purposes within Glaze Clinic.

10.2. Photos or videos of customers will not be shared on social media or other channels without consent.

11. Changes to the General Terms & Conditions

11.1. Glaze Clinic reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time.

11.2. In case of changes, customers will be notified via the website or email.
